China Southern Regional Aircraft Ranks

China Southern has many different kind of Business and First Class. There is a huge difference among them. In this post I will rank them up and found a photo(If possible).

1: ERJ 190s

ERJ 190 is the latest China Southern newest type of narrow body aircraft which purchased in 2011, I have not been on ERJs but the seats is very similar to what Delta offers. China Southern use this aircraft to fly to Hanoi, Wuxi etc.

Rankings: 1, 1-2 in Business Class is great when you can snag the 1 seat. While Economy is in 2-2 which don't have middle seats which is better than 737s and 320s.

2: Boeing 737s Series

China Southern owns more than 250 Boeing 737s, some newer delivery ones features PTV on Business Class and Economy Plus while basic Economy features public TVs, latest ones even features WIFI! 

Rankings: 3,  737 is not as wide as A320s, WIFI is subjected to 20/30 rule and NO PHONE allowed which make WIFI seems to be useless.

3: A320s Series

China Southern A320s Business Class

China Southern also owns more than 250 Airbus 320s, very similar to 737s. China Southern DON't have PTVs in Economy. However, China Southern has reduced business class and Economy for their newest planes , and the all new 320s will be in 4/24/Rest in Economy.

Rankings: 2, China Southern reduced seat in Business also mean more personal service, A320 is wider than 737s.
