1:Out of Hong Kong has more choice so is better and more Cheaper
Test 1 :CAN-TPE VS HKG-TPE(Test Date Sep 2017)

As Your can see,Hong Kong is much cheaper!

PEK-TPE VS PVG+SHA-TPE

Both of them is not Cheap,

HGH-TPE VS HFE-TPE

Both of them is in the level of CAN is.
