As I have a few upcoming flights with Sichuan. Many of readers know that Sichuan's Business Class is using an angled product to fly trans-pacific which isn't the biggest issue anymore, today I call Sichuan for the 5th time in three days to arrange my special meal. Sichuan's English customer service is like this:
Chinese: Excellent please press 1, good please press 2......
I don't think that really sounds great inside Sichuan's English customer service.
